Worth knowing: Front-garden drainage rules
A new hard surface over 5 m² in a front garden must be permeable or drain to a permeable area, otherwise planning permission may be needed. Use permeable blocks, or drain run-off to a soakaway or lawn, to avoid needing planning permission.
Worth knowing: Check your dropped kerb
Driving over the pavement needs a dropped kerb, which requires council permission and is usually a separate cost.
Indicative, not a quote. Get 2–3 written quotes and check insurance and references before you commit.
