  • Visual pack — £14.99. Full-size visuals of your drive in all 3 styles; Itemised scope of works & materials list; Budget range for every item; Planning & dropped-kerb checks; Questions to ask trades; 3-quote comparison sheet; On-screen report + downloadable PDF.
  • Quote Check Pro — £4.99. Upload your actual quote (PDF or photo); AI reads it line by line; Lists what's missing: sub-base depth, drainage, edging, waste removal, VAT, guarantee; Flags things worth asking about: large upfront deposit, cash only, no written guarantee, no address.
  • Visual pack + Quote Check Pro — £17.99. Everything in the Visual pack; Everything in Quote Check Pro.

These are digital reports and concept visuals, not physical products or building services. Each purchase unlocks the specific estimate or quote selected at checkout. All figures are indicative, not a quote. Concept visual only — not a design. The finished result depends on your site survey.

Immediate delivery

Delivery starts immediately after payment is confirmed: your purchase is unlocked in your account and your visuals or quote analysis are generated. Generation may take a few minutes. Reports are available on screen and as downloadable PDFs. Uploaded photos, quote files and generated images are deleted after 30 days; download your report to keep a copy.

Your cancellation rights

You normally have 14 days to cancel a digital-content purchase. Before checkout we ask for your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement that your cancellation right is lost once the digital content is delivered:

I want my pack now and understand I lose my 14-day right to cancel once it's delivered.

Checkout cannot start without this agreement. We record the consent time and product with your payment. This does not remove your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet legal requirements.

Refunds

If visuals fail to generate, contact us so we can investigate, retry delivery or consider a refund at our discretion. This discretionary policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or other remedy you are entitled to by law.

For cancellation, delivery issues or refunds, email admin@smartscanitgroup.co.uk with your purchase details. Never send card details.
