Free during the Beta period; no charge until you choose a paid plan. We'll tell you the price and give notice before Beta ends.

Beta software and figures

Features may change. There is no service level guarantee. Please check figures before relying on them; valuations should be checked before submitting to a client.

Figures exclude VAT and CIS deductions; not tax, legal or financial advice.

Your data and exports

Your data stays yours. Export to CSV any time. On ending we keep it read-only for 90 days, then delete on request or after that period.

Worker and supplier details

You are responsible for the worker and supplier details you enter and for having a lawful basis to use them. SmartScanit processes that data only to provide the service, as a data processor, under our privacy notice. ICO ZC189364.

Site photos may contain personal data. Please photograph the works, not people. Your company is responsible for what is uploaded.
