QuoteSense Pro trade terms

Plans
- Founding — £19.99 a month, 30 concept visuals per billing period.
- Starter — £29.99 a month, 30 concept visuals per billing period.
- Pro — £59.99 a month, 100 concept visuals per billing period.
- Extra visuals top-up — £9.99 one-off for 20 extra visuals, valid until the end of your current billing month. Unused top-up visuals don't carry over.
- Free trial — 14 days and 10 visuals, no card needed.
The Founding plan is available to the first 50 trades only. SmartScanit Group Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to these prices.
Billing
Plans are monthly subscriptions, charged in advance by card through Stripe on the same date each month. Your visual allowance resets when each month's payment is received. If a payment fails, new visuals are paused until the card is updated; your drafts and existing quotes stay available and sent quote links keep working.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've paid for — you keep your allowance until then and we don't charge again. We don't refund part-used months, except where the law requires.
Pay as you go
Pay as you go is a one-off payment of £14.99 for 15 concept visuals, with no subscription. Visuals expire 3 months after purchase. Each pack keeps its own expiry, and the soonest-expiring visuals are used first, after any monthly plan allowance and top-up. A pack is non-refundable once any of its visuals has been used, and unused visuals are not refunded after they expire. Otherwise the standard 14-day cancellation rules for digital content apply, as agreed when you consent to immediate access at checkout. Unused, unexpired pay-as-you-go visuals stay on your account if you later subscribe. Homeowner leads come with a monthly plan only.
Price changes
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect, so you can cancel first if you wish. The Founding price is locked for the life of your subscription: it won't increase while your Founding subscription stays active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, current prices apply.
Your quotes
Quotes you send are your own quotes to your customers. Concept visuals are concept only and must be labelled as such. Your account must be approved by our team before quotes can be sent.
